Ejercicio.

I have a habit of not sticking to my desired exercise routines. I start off motivated - going to the gym every day, eating well and reaching up to a certain amount of calories per day. Then it all goes downhill - especially when it comes to weekends. I really need to start pushing myself again. Some people don't believe me when I say this, but I lack in self confidence. And I need to do this for me.
